A Hungarian success on the world stage
There are few music events in the world that are as significant as Tomorrowland in Belgium. It’s not just a festival—it’s the Mecca of electronic music, where every DJ wants to perform at least once in their lifetime. This wasn’t StadiumX’s first time here, but their 2025 performance was memorable in many ways. As they put it, “just knowing that we can perform at Tomorrowland is an unforgettable feeling” – and this interview quickly reveals why.
In our exclusive interview, they talked about what this special experience meant to them, how they experienced the burning of the main stage from the inside, what energy they received from the audience, and what new plans they returned home with.

Hungarians at the top of the world
It was a huge honor for StadiumX to represent Hungary once again at one of the world’s biggest music events. This was their seventh time performing at the festival, and this year was special not only because of the performance. The community spirit backstage, the atmosphere of the “Artist Village,” and the sense of equality that characterizes both stars and up-and-comers made it a special experience to be there.
A stage that literally burst into flames
We cannot ignore the fact that the festival was overshadowed by a strange and dramatic event: the burning down of the main stage. The members of StadiumX heard the news before leaving for Belgium, but when they arrived at the venue, they were greeted by a surprisingly harmonious and positive atmosphere. “It’s amazing that, despite this situation, with so much work and endless perseverance, they managed to put on a festival of this magnitude,” they said. The professionalism of the organizers and the flexibility of the performers were exemplary.
The power of the set and the audience
StadiumX’s performance on Saturday was not affected – quite the contrary. Their positive, energetic set was even more appreciated by the festival-goers, who partied even more enthusiastically despite (or perhaps because of) what had happened. “Mainstage or not, people came to party and have a good time!” they said. One of the most memorable moments for them was when they could see the huge crowd from the DJ booth on the main stage – an experience that would be hard to get through without getting goosebumps.
Connections and inspirations
Of course, the festival is not just about music. Staying at the Artist Village also provided an opportunity to make new acquaintances – for example, a longer conversation with Charlotte de Witte, which they had not had the chance to do before. New features backstage, such as the complete DJ booth where performers could try out all the equipment, took the experience to a whole new level.
The visual and musical impulses seen at Tomorrowland served as serious inspiration for StadiumX, who have since embarked on numerous new ideas. Although the details are still under wraps, they have revealed that new music and co-productions are in the works, and they will even be performing in Ibiza this year—and returning to the Sziget Festival after a long absence.

Quickfire closure
At the end of the conversation, we asked the guys to share some behind-the-scenes secrets, favorite experiences, and oddities about the festival in the form of quick-fire questions. Here are the most memorable moments of Tomorrowland from StadiumX’s perspective—quick, concise, and honest:

New experiences, new goals
The story of StadiumX goes beyond a simple performance at Tomorrowland. It is a story that clearly shows that with perseverance, consistent work, and genuine passion, it is possible to build an international career as a Hungarian performer—step by step, reaching new milestones along the way. Tomorrowland 2025 may be history now, but its aftermath will be felt for a long time to come – in music, inspiration, and relationships alike.
And we are already eagerly awaiting StadiumX’s next big launch.
