The popular artist commitment to the “Child Above All” programme.
Manuel, the popular Hungarian rapper, has recently received an award from the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Hajdú-Bihar County Police Headquarters for his selfless and loving support to the “Children Above All” child protection programme.
The aim of the programme is to protect children and raise awareness of the importance of community cooperation. Manuel’s personal experience has made him particularly committed to the issue, as he himself grew up in an abusive family. In an interview he said:
“It’s an important issue for me, it’s important to have this conversation in terms of how I can have an impact on young children who are in the same situation as I was in at the time.”
Manuel’s example shows that, despite the difficulties, it is possible to make a positive change and contribute to a better society. Such initiatives and personal commitments are particularly important in the field of child protection, where young people need authentic role models.
The “Child above all” programme is not only aimed at reducing crime, but also at raising awareness of children’s vulnerability and the need for community solidarity. Manuel’s participation and recognition in this programme shows that artists and public figures can play an active role in solving social problems.
We hope that Manuel’s example will inspire others to take an active role in protecting children and supporting the community.
